HOA fees for River Song Coho in Eugene Oregon on the shore of the
Willamette River (move-in was November of 2022) - 28 units).

About $450 for our smallest unit and 750 for our largest, 4br, 2ba.
Includes about 40% for Reserves charged from day-one, all insurance and
utilities, plus budgets for all of our Teams. We are all-electric and have
a 120 Kw. solar array which covers all power cost for May-September.
