HOA fees for River Song Coho in Eugene Oregon on the shore of the Willamette River (move-in was November of 2022) - 28 units). About $450 for our smallest unit and 750 for our largest, 4br, 2ba. Includes about 40% for Reserves charged from day-one, all insurance and utilities, plus budgets for all of our Teams. We are all-electric and have a 120 Kw. solar array which covers all power cost for May-September. *Jim Bronson* *www.riversongcohousing.org <http://www.riversongcohousing.org>* Eugene, Oregon on the shores of the Willamette River *I was born at 303 ppm CO2.* On Sun, Sep 14, 2025 at 5:16 AM <cohousing-l-request [at] cohousing.org> wrote: > Send Cohousing-L mailing list submissions to > cohousing-l [at] cohousing.org > > To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit > https://lists.cohousing.org/mailman/listinfo/cohousing-l > or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to > cohousing-l-request [at] cohousing.org > > You can reach the person managing the list at > cohousing-l-owner [at] cohousing.org > > When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific > than "Re: Contents of Cohousing-L digest..." > > > Today's Topics: > > 1.
