Here at Elderberry we are rethinking our policy/agreement on  
committees (circles/teams).  I?m interested in the specific aspects  
that other communities address in their policy/agreement.  For  
example, do you specify how long chairs or members can serve on a  
committee, have a process for how new members or old members decide  
what committee(s) to join, rotate committee chairs, etc.  We want to  
examine how our committee structure can reflect cooperative culture  
versus competitive culture so I?d be interested in your thoughts.  If  
you are willing to share your policy that would be very helpful.
