Newark Area Cohousing is a forming community seeking a site in northern
Delaware, in or near Newark, DE, a college town. We aim to be the first
cohousing community in the First State!

Our location in the central Mid-Atlantic is ideal, putting us about an hour
from Philadelphia, PA or Baltimore, MD; 2 hours from Washington D.C., and
2.5 hours from NYC.

We are just 1.5 hours from the Delaware or Jersey beaches and right on the
Amtrak line
to go anywhere along the East Coast and beyond.

There are real financial and tax benefits to living in DE: NO sales tax!
and Social Security Benefits are not taxed.
