Hi, Diane from Jackson Place Cohousing. Many unit owners replaced their 2001 toilets with a low flush model from Niagara in 2024- a team helped organize by getting a group discount cost for both purchase and installation. Also, here in Seattle, we have a sub sewer meter, through the public utilities, which measures our irrigation water so as not to pay the sewer charge on that useage. Not for conservation, but to decrease sewer costs over time.
