Come learn about life at Takoma Village Cohousing in Washington, DC, a thriving 
multigenerational community where residents know and support each other. Join 
our in-person tour on Saturday, June 13, from 1:00-3:00 pm.

Registration is required. Sign up to attend at the Washington DC Area Cohousing

During the tour we’ll provide a comprehensive introduction to Takoma Village, 
make plenty of time for Q&A, lead a walk-through of our community’s extensive 
common facilities, and peek inside a couple of homes. Light refreshments will 
be served.

Whether you’re someone looking to raise a family, a singleton in search of 
community, or an environmentalist interested in green living, the cohousing 
experience has something to offer you.

NOTE: This is the first in-person tour in 2026. Another will take place in
