Oops, full disclosure, I meant to include this in my earlier post, but in my enthusiasm to share my positives about my experience with induction stoves, I sent my email without this one, depending on your kitchenware, downside. Induction stove require ferrous (iron) cookware; no aluminum, ceramic pans or pots. For me, personally, that wasn’t a big problem as my go to pans were cast iron already. I did need to acquire a few new sauce pans, but for me, anyhow, that was a small price to pay to get natural gas, both vapors and exhaust, out of my new, very tight home. Del Holland
