Zoom phone

Hi,

At Village Hearth we have an active marketing team that answers inquiries about our community. So far, the number being used is also the personal phone for one of our members. We are hoping to change that as inexpensively as possible.

Normally, callers leave a message and someone on the team responds. We are looking at using a Zoom phone, which has an online platform where we can listen to the messages, read a transcript, and respond using our computer microphone and the Zoom phone number. The responsibility of monitoring the phone can be passed from one team member to another by signing in online.

Has any other community used a Zoom phone like this? Pros and cons? Alternate suggestions?
