Has anyone has encountered the following ownership arrangement in a
cohousing context:

Two unrelated households jointly purchase a property. One household lives
in the primary dwelling, while the other lives in an ADU (or other
secondary dwelling), with ownership and responsibilities defined by
agreement between the parties. (To my knowledge, ADUs are uncommon in
cohousing, though this may be changing. For example, Gratitude Village
<https://gratitudevillageco.com/> indicates that some homes may include
ADUs.)
