Voluntary Donation on re-sale

We have a compulsory clause in our ground lease, whereby the buyer has
to pay 0.5% of the purchase price. This applies to each of the three
Cohousing Communities in Stroud, UK.  It is a very useful income
stream, whoch supplements the monthly service charge (HOA fee).
