Thanks Buzz for the shout out. Yes Jamaica Plain Cohousing has a transfer
free in our condo docs. We will not submit the 6D to the seller unless they
pledge in writing that they will give back at closing 5-7% of the
appreciation.  Were raised a lot of money through this program.  Sellers
are ok with the rule (they agreed using consensus decision making) because
our units sell at a premium in Boston. They wouldn’t get such a high sale
price without the common amenities.
