Plus lots of shared community amenities like a common house for private
events, big courtyard with a kid playscape, ponds and gardens, and a shared
storage space in the common house attic. And really cool neighbors.

Market, Gigi's, Fellini's, La Fonda, San Francisco Coffee, Moxie Burger

This townhome is part of Lake Claire Cohousing. Cohousing is intentional
community, each family has their own home, but we share amenities like a
big common house where we cook and have gatherings. There's beautiful
gardens, ponds, and a courtyard on the property, all maintained by
residents. You will have access to book the common house for your private
events and access to all of the amenities like shared laundry space and a
private guest room. In return, community participation is required - things
like cooking meals for the community, maintaining the common garden areas,
etc. It's a small time commitment of 4 hours per month for each adult, and
builds great relationships with neighbors and fosters community.

Renter is responsible for internet, gas, and electricity. Renter is
responsible for yard maintenance in private fenced-in yard space (not
responsible for my sad attempt at growing pumpkins).

Owner covers water for up to 4 residents including kids and garbage/trash
collection. Additional occupants will be a $30 charge per month for water.
