There’s nothing quite like seeing community-rooted housing in person.

Surrounding the Denver Community-Rooted Housing Summit this October, we’re 
offering three guided bus tours that will take you inside communities across 
Denver and Northern Colorado. Walk the spaces, meet residents, ask questions, 
and experience firsthand how different approaches to design, ownership, and 
shared life work in practice.

The Denver Cohousing Tour will visit Hearthstone Cohousing, Aria Cohousing, 
Harmony Village, Blue Columbine Cohousing, and Cedar Root Community, offering a 
look at a range of established and forming cohousing communities in the Denver 
area.

The Denver Community-Rooted Housing Tour broadens the lens beyond traditional 
cohousing with visits to The People’s Mansion, Pando, Tierra Colectiva, and 
Queen City Cooperative. See how co-ops, shared ownership, and other creative 
models are building community in the city.

The Northern Colorado Tour heads up the Front Range to visit River Rock 
Commons, Greyrock Commons, Nyland Cohousing, and Polestar Gardens, offering 
another full day of exploring intentional and community-rooted living.

Whether you’re looking for a community to call home, dreaming about starting 
one, working professionally in this space, or simply curious about what’s 
possible, these tours are a chance to see it for yourself and learn directly 
from the people doing it.

Tours take place October 21–25 around the Denver Summit on October 23–24. And 
you don’t have to attend the Summit to join us! All three bus tours can be 
booked à la carte.
