Hi Ruth,

At Sunnyside Village Cohousing, we use a Google Calendar - with a sub-calendar 
for each circle/group.

Sunnyside is still under construction. Our Common House should be open this 
time next year, at which time we'll need calendars for meals, guest rooms etc. 
as well.

While helping Sunnyside get built, I live in Quimper Village Cohousing.  
Quimper also uses a Google Calendar.  In both cases, the Google Calendar and 
Google Drive are "owned" by an admin (gmail) account.
