Cohousing-L Mailing List: The Timeline Game

Hi,
  I'm a member of the Porchlight cohousing group, one of two here in
Madison, WI.  We have a potential site, but have done little of the
legal or financial work necessary for purchase.  We are therefore,
somewhat belatedly, beginning to develop a timeline of the activities
we need to complete in order to get us from where we are now to beginning
construction.  The article in the latest issue of the Cohousing Magazine 
on the "Timeline Game" was therefore of great interest.  I would be most 
appreciative of any words of wisdom you more experienced folk have on 
ways to go about developing a group's long-range plans.
