Cohousing-L Mailing List: Asking help with financial package

I am a member of the Violet Crown Cohousing Group in Austin. This relatively
new group has been looking at land around Austin. We have found several 
potential properties. We now need to find financing to take the next step.
So, we plan on putting together a package to give to potential financing
sources to reduce their hesitency about lending to a cohousing group.

We would like part of this package to be examples of cohousing financing
that is working. Could we get descriptions of current cohousing legal
structures and financing for existing groups to include in our package?
