Since everyone is so quiet, I'll ask a question, especially for those of you 
already living in CoHousing.  What is your experience of buffet/cafeteria style
vs family style (each table gets serving bowls, platters, etc).  I seem to
remember either Katie McCamant or Chuck Durrett saying somewhere that some
groups found cafeteria style too institutional.

Anyone know the pro's and con's?  

We're starting to plan a fairly small common kitchen.
