We told our attorney that when he drew up our Condominium Declarations 
that we wanted to be approved by FNMA.  He did, we are.  That's all I 
know about it.  The paperwork was done by our first mortgage company 
(now we have 5) and we even got our FMNA application fee 
returned($1,200), although I still don't know why.  We let the 
professionals deal with it and that is my advise to you.

The Grell CoHo Group is in the middle of site plan preparations and is
looking in more detail towards financing.  They have a good local bank
and are interested in any group that has experience with Fannie Mae.
Did it work for you?  Any pointers, contacts?
