Cohousing-L Mailing List: Fannie Mae

Hi -

Can anyone tell me if there are many existing cohousing communities,
especially those with fee simple ownership structure, that have been
approved for Fannie Mae financing?  I'd appreciate knowing which, and
whether there have been any special considerations, or difficulties
encountered.
