Cohousing-L Mailing List: Idea for Conference Topic

Recently there was some discussion of potential topics for the upcoming
national conference. Most of these seemed geared to cohousing groups that
had already moved in. I'd also be interested in a discussion of how to
attract and retain members, and I think other people who have not yet
gotten to the "site selection" phase would also be interested in that. What
does everyone else think?
