Hi;

Many of you have an interest in affordable/lower income housing issues and 
may be interested in my exchange recently with the owner of the list 
URSP-HCD [Urban Studies and Planning Housing and Community Development].

I wrote to him in part:

This is a very new list with just a few subscribers as yet.  Be patient or, 
better yet, introduce yourself and your interest in the topic.
