Gosh,  thanks for your kind words.  Actually Microsoft encourages its 
employees to play around on the internet (within reason) and also 
encourages its employees to do volunteer work.  I receive and deal with 
probably 80-100 email messages a day as the normal course of my work.  
5-6 of those are from Cohousing-l.  Much of what I write is not from 
scratch, it comes from the book I compiled called the Cohousing 
Resource Guide, which is a collection of the learning from 4 cohousing 
groups in the Puget Sound area.  So I do a lot of cut and paste.  I am 
glad I can be of help.
