When you finish your project, build it and live in it, I would be 
interested in a synopsis of how many people who came from out of state 
actually end up living there. If people have moved there before 
construction this is a good sign.  I would be interested in seeing how 
many people who don't actually move to the area before its built, 
actually follow through with it once it is done.

If groups have some specific tasks which out of town members have done, 
I would be interested in compiling that list into the next edition of 
the Cohousing Resource Guide so others can use that info
