In Santa Fe we have lots of out of towners.  WE have a couple
in their 80s who lived most of their life in a loft in Soho (NYC).
We've a couple that gave up everything in Ann Arbor to come here
and build a house.  We've another CY
New York city dweller who will soon have her house built.  Some
one from B  oulder recently started building his own house.
A 72 year old moved here from Hawaii.  There's probably others
I can't think of right now.
