Cohousing-L Mailing List: How to find professional help

How does a cohousing group go about finding good, sympathetic, and
knowledgable professionals to help with the legal and financial side of things?
We in the Tucson group are looking for good local lawyers, CPAs, etc.
to help us with legal structure, accounting, and generally good advice at
affordable costs. How can we find someone who may be sympathetic to the 
cause, if no one in the group has any contacts? Or...does anyone know of any 
good professionals in the Tucson area who could help us?
