Hello from the EcoVillage at Ithaca - running parallel to Ray Gasser who
has been doing a lot of our information prospecting from sunny New Jersey
I am hoping to start some pursuit of yet another part of the game that we
in EcoVillage expect to have to deal with real soon - house rules...

Could any readers who are associated with active CoHo communities upload here
copies of your house rules that we could use as templates for discussion ?@!

I know, I know - mebbe they are quite a few pages, but the more we have to
chew on at the start the better. If you prefer something more private I an

If you have any juicy suggestions viz House Rules I'd be happy to hear -
especially if you are lucky enuff to speak from the perspective of actually
seeing things in action. 'Course if you're like the rest of us and just
planning to live in CoHo someday (SOON) I'd like to hear what's on your mind
too...

How about your TOP FIVE house rules - absolutely necessary items of categories ?
