Chris:

Just curious why I was assigned to poll coho groups about common house sizes 
and number of residents, when you have an account.  No big deal, I'm just 
surprised.  Anyway, since I faxed Karl, another response came in.  Could you 
let him know that Ecovillage @ Ithaca is planning 3600 sq ft of common 
house, about 900 of which will be private offices for residents.  Don't know 
the number of residents, you could ask raygasser [at] delphi.com.
