Cohousing-L Mailing List: sales after construction starts

Dear friends,

I have been kind of quiet lately  (aren't you glad, this list gets quite
overwhelming)  because WE ARE GETTING CLOSE TO OUR CONSTRUCTION LOAN so we can
start building 6 townhouses in spring.  

So,  i'm looking for a little information.  We have committed buyers for 6 of
the 7 units, and several other people considering, wanting final prices,
needing to settle other things in their lives (like a divorce), etc.  

Our banker would like to hear about experiences from you moved-in types as to
how many units were sold and unsold when you started construction and how many
were sold by the time they were finished.  Preferably townhouse type units (I
know Doyle Street had problems, but we can argue that it is not that comparable
(for argument's sake only, ... you understand). 

A quick response would be greatly appreciated - I would think a paragraph would
do us Just Fine.
