We have (of the 13 units):

Owner occupied: 6
Owned by absentee landlord/lady: 3
Owned by community member but rented to others: 3
Owned by a co-op: 1

The co-operatively owned house has eight or nine people who have a stake in
it I think. Some live in it, some live in the community but not in that
house, and some are not community members. I am not the best person to
comment on how well the co-op arrangement is working out - Donna?

As to multiple residence: 5 of the units have unrelated adults living in
them and function more or less as co-operative living arrangements within
the larger community of N St. We have a total of 34 adults, 10 full time
kids, and 7 part time kids.

Stuart.
