to a listserv problem it was posted by the COHOUSING-L sysop (Fred).
Note: this was sent on 3/9/95 ; I forwarded it to Joani but have since 
reconsidered my email/summarize admonition which prompted not forwarding it 
to the list... (Tho I still think "email/summarize" makes sense sometimes.)
