Joani,

I like to say 'my coho neighbor....'.

If I'm talking to someone who knows me,
then they know about cohousing and I don't have to explain.

If they don't know anything about cohousing, the response is WHO? or WHAT?
and I use this as a lead in to tell them about cohousing (spreading the
gospel)
IF I have the time and inclination to start such a conversation.

And if I don't want that conversation, it's just 'my neighbor'.
