Cohousing-L Mailing List: finding a WWW / Listserv site

We are in the process of creating a cohousing community in Durham NC 
called Solterra.  We have purchased the land and now must get plans 
approved by the city.  We have 14 families who have paid towards their 
site (last time I heard) and hope to have 40 families total on the property.

We would like to setup a WWW page and listserv for the community.  The 
WWW page is obviously a recruitment tool.  The listserv is intended for 
much of the communication connected to the project.  It would give us a 
means to discuss many of the problems prior to our meetings.  Most of our 
members are on the net (so far).  

Does anyone know of a server that might be willing to take us?
