I, too, am a strong believer in retrofitting cohousing and other
housing improvements into existing neighborhoods.  I am seeking
information about folks who have done this or plans that have been made
for retrofitting.  I'm working on a course on Cohousing and Sustainable
Development to be taught at Duke in Continuing Education in the fall
and intend to include a unit on retrofitting cohousing into existing
neighborhoods.  Any information I am sent will be appreciated.
