I and some other folks on the list server have been urging coho groups to
retrofit their dreams into existing neighborhoods/structures rather than
going out and building on farmland or forest or whatever.  I understand your
group 

I read a little about N Street in the excellent book,  Rebuilding Community
in America, by Ken Norwood and Kathleen Smith.

Could you send any info you have about what you created and how you created
it to the coho list server?
