Cohousing-L Mailing List: Sweat Equity Inquiry

Hello;

I am part of a group (South Sound Cohousing Network-SSCN) in Olympia, WA 
exploring the creation of cohousing communities.  Has anyone set up a 
sweat equity system for their community early in the process, i.e. during 
the vision/planning stage?  We are interested in any experiences, advice, 
or articles on setting up such a system.  We are currently exploring 
affordabilty and would also be interested in successful (or 
not) experiences in this area.
