Hi Bill, and all

I am coming to the conference.  I am sending in a proposal for a 
presentation called: running effective meetings, where I will run an 
hour seminar as if it were a "hopefully" well run consensus meeting 
focusing on things like openings, environment, facilitation - agenda 
tips and tricks, getting unstuck, and closings.  If this flies, my goal 
is to use my own resources, plus some quick group brainstorms,  to 
share what everyone else knows, with the end result being attendees 
come away with a whole bunch of practical ideas about meeting process.
