then people argue back in a railing tone, too.  I prefer a gentler tone over
the net.  I guess if you want to blow a whistle, you want to blow it loud, to
be sure everyone hears.  But I'm hopeful that those on the list will try hard
to listen to each other.  Then a loud whistle isn't necessary.  Don't take
this to mean I'm trying to banish spirited disagreement:  that's fun!
