First, I am Joyce Plath, designer, developer, and member of Marsh Commons. I
have a masters degree in Architecture from Berkeley but unlike doctor science
I dont't necessarily know more than you do.  
 We had soils tests and historical studies done before we bought our land and
were pleased to have it cleared by California water quality control.  When we
began to rehab the truck shop we spent two weeks sand blasting the concrete
floors and washing the walls with a natural oraange based cleaner.  We also
installed an excellent ventalation system under our new raised fioor.
