Biblio info for Gehl

Harry seems to have this strange mental block, which prevents him  
from actually providing any useful information about what Gehl says,  
or even giving meaningful pointers to Gehl's work.  He can only  
re-iterate again and again that we should go and read Gehl's books.   
What's the problem Harry?  Could you not remember the titles, or  
were you just in too much of a rush to pause and fill us all in?

To improve the situation a little - this is a list of all the books  
by or about Jan Gehl in the University of California library  
catalog which are written in English (as opposed to Danish).  There  
are three, and the second is the only one that looks promising for  
the general reader.
