Howdy folks: My name is Mark Fearer, and I've been lurking here for quite a long time, and am finally coming out of the cybercloset. I've lived in Nyland coho (Colorado) for over 2 years, and also do some writing about cohousing. In fact, just last night I saw my name invoked when I was going through some old posts (I am *so* behind!), connected with my last article that got published in Mothering (11/94). Thanks for the comments. Why the mainstream media doesn't cover us more is an interesting thread that I hope to contribute to more later. Also last year, I wrote a story for the Rotarian (voice of the International Rotary Club, which has a surprisingly large and international audience), which brings me to why I'm writing this post. They haven't published it yet, partially because they're waiting for some more current info on European cohousing. I just sent out some email to Sweden, but I really lack the resources to research (in English) the phenomenon over there. I'm especially interested in non-Scandinavian coho, as I've seen almost nothing on that. If anyone knows about it, or can point me in the right direction, I'd be very appreciative. BTW, I hope to be doing some more writing for other national mags, but so far I've gotten a lot of rejections to my queries. Feel free to make suggestions Ñ I really want to get the word out. Thanx Mark
