Buzz noted that *this* decision didn't open the door to all kinds of
collective ownership, but didn't it crack the ice a little bit?  E.G.,
doesn't it make it easier for some community or another to press the case to
include coho, ecovillages and hippy communes?

Can they discriminate - say this type of group is fine, these others are
illegal?
