Stage of Development:   Founded 1993.  12-24 members (including 5
vegetarians)  now actively searching for a site and fine-tuning our legal
status and social relationships.    We welcome new members, especially those
with children. 
What I do for money:  Architect
What I do for fun:  Bicycling, camping, cooking, reading, listening to jazz &
classical music.  
Favorite thing about community:  The promise of daily face-to-face human
connections as a balance to indirect communication (ATMs, telephone, fax,
internet, TV, etc.)
Worst thing about community:  The frustratingly slow process of building a
real community.  
If I were in charge, I would:  Limit global human breeding to one offspring
per couple.
Other:  I am the designated internet liaison officer for the Phoenix
Cohousing Group.
