Harry;  I have been a lurker for several weeks now, but I do like your
idea of a "VW" house. I also believe that this project is bigger than
CoHousing, and deserves a separate forum.  How about a listserv spot
of its own?  I would love to help, if I can.
    I am still not a strong proponent of "CoHousing", but I do strongly
believe in the concept of "VW" housing for myself.  My concept of
"community" is more behavioral than physical  (Scott Peck - A Different
Drum"), so I am less interested in common houses and path design, and
more interested in how people share their lives for the greater good of
all. "It's not where you live, it's HOW you live... together"
