George,

Thanks for the post  of the realty resources.  Do you yourself have any
listings for cohouseable property in Utah?  In your opinion, how receptive do
you think your fellow Utah-ites are to cohousing?  (Hard to generalize, I
know. ) Utah's a gorgeous state -  my family's from Grand Junction, CO -- we
went to SE Utah a lot while we were growing up.

Do the resources you provided us have any way of filtering out the
charlatans, incompetents and rip-off agents?  Not meaning to slur the realty
profession - seems there are bad guys in most professions these days.
