Hope this makes it to the list before the witching hour (whenever that may be
on the 30th)!

Katie and Chuck will be giving one of their Getting It Built workshops here
in the Bay Area on July 22 and 23. It is focused on the potential project in
Oakland, CA, but people from other groups will find it enormously helpful.
The cost is a very reasonable $115. If finances are a problem, how about
members of your group pitching in to send one person. Home hospitality can
probably be arranged, obviating the need to rent a hotel room. Contact the
