LaTaunynia Flemings taunynia [at] mit.edu is the author of the message below. Her request to post it came in about the time the listserver went down (till July 17th). Because of the time factor I'm posting it manually to subscribers. Fred Cohousing-L sysop **************** FORWARDED MESSAGE FOLLOWS ********************* Hello, My name is LaTaunynia Flemings and I have been monitoring this list for a while. I am a student intern working for the Neighborhood Housing Partnership in Cambridge, MA, whose director, Polly Allen, is the prime organizer of the Erie Street Neighbors' Association. Polly will be participating in the 4th World Conference on Women in Beijing, China this coming August, as a grassroots organizer. She is gathering information to compile an Exchange Booklet about cohousing in existing urban neighborhoods(Virtual CoHo). This booklet will function as a way to exchange information about how people from all over the world are creating domestic support systems around them for individuals and families. We seek examples of urban inter-household cooperative networks with innovative spacial programs to support common life(e.g. Erie Street). Please send any information you can(including sources of visuals) directly to my e-mail address below(directly to me to avoid everyone else getting so much unwanted mail). Thank you, LaTaunynia Flemings taunynia [at] mit.edu
