Room for rent! Hi everybody. While the list was down a room in our house
became available for rent by our landlord. We live in a Victorian in
Petaluma, 30 miles north of San Francisco, and hope to transform it into a
community. It's a great old house, subdivided into apartments. The room for
rent shares a kitchen and bath with one other apartment (Nice, quiet single
guy living there now.) Clawfoot tub. One block from a bus depot that will
take you to San Fran, Santa Rosa, etc. $400/month. We have only lived here a
couple of months and know only one of the neighbors, but they already chatted
and invited us to a barbecue, and if another cohoesque person moves in, I see
great potential for neighborliness. Big front porch for playing guitar and
talking. If you want more details, please email me personally
(karen.frayne [at] sonoma.edu). Peace, karen
