Cohousing-L Mailing List: Katie and Chuck's Workshop

Last weekend I attended Katie and Chuck's (the CoHousing Company's) "Getting
It Built" workshop. It was superb! I thought that I'd know a lot of this
stuff already 'cause I live with them at Doyle St. and because I hang out
with you all on this mailing list. Boy, was I wrong!. I recommend very
strongly that as soon as your group gets 8 to 10 fairly committed households,
you bring K and C to your area to do this w/s. It is not inexpensive, but
will save you oodles of time, aggravation and money in both the short and
long run.
