Hi All: There was a study I read some time ago, and I can't recall the source information, but it had to do with a small village of people who lived in huts that were placed so the openings all faced inward toward the center of the village. When Western technology and competition was introduced to the villagers, within a few years all the openings of the huts were facing outward, away from the center of the village. Does anyone recall the study, the author or the tribe being studied? Thanks. Barry -------------------------------------------- Barry Savage Humboldt [at] aol.com The Humboldt Institute P.O.
