Diane Your right, playing the publicists game is not easy---the burn out rate for publicists is only secondary to air traffic controllers (no.1 in burn out). Unfortunately, I have to spend about 50% of my time playing the press release/hound the media game. Fortunately, I have been able to survive the game so far. But you have to be dogged. Besides being dogged---you need a great "Hook" and a great " Schtick". Cohousing is not a great "Schtick"--- "The Knack" is a great "Schtick (comes from The Knack of Home Construction --- a workshop to teach people design and build their own homes).
