Cohousing-L Mailing List: tours and brochures

A question for other moved-in groups . . .

We find that after a year of operation, more and more people are requesting
tours and/or information about our community.  How does your group deal
with tours?  Are they regularly scheduled or given upon request?
Do you have any printed material (brochures, flyers) that you distribute?
